How does your order and shipping schedule work?

  • Our roasting facility operates all day Thursday (8:00am – 7:00 PM) (excluding select holidays).

  • All coffee orders are freshly roasted-to-order, meaning we roast and ship after each order.

  • If your order is submitted before 4:00 p.m. MST on Tuesday, it will be roasted on Thursday and shipped the next business day.

  • If your order is submitted after 4:00 p.m. MST on Tuesday, it will be roasted the following Thursday and shipped two business days later.

For example, if you place an order on Monday at 10:00 a.m., your coffee will roast and ship on Thursday. Or, if you place an order on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m., then your coffee will roast and ship the following Thursday. Or, if you place an order on Friday, it will roast and ship on Thursday. You get the point 🙂

Can I adjust my order after it has been placed?

  • We can’t guarantee to adjust or cancel an order after it has been placed.

  • Please triple-check your address, order, quantity, and billing details.

That said, if there is an issue, please contact our Subscription / Online Fulfillment team at subscriptions@bluehousecoffee.com as soon as possible, and we will help to resolve the issue.

I want to keep my current billing cycle.

You can update the date you would like to be charged and your billing cycle in your account.

When should I make the jump?

We are hoping to get everyone over to the new website as soon as we can. Ideally we will have everyone migrated to the new system by September 29th.

Will my current subscription price be grandfathered in?

Absolutely. We will give you a discount code to make this happen.

Will I miss any coffee deliveries by transitioning?

No way, Jose! We will not delete your old subscription until you are signed up for the new one.

How will I transition to the new awesome subscription management system?

  • Shipping Notifications and Customizations - Know exactly when your next coffee shipment is arriving.

  • Pause Subscriptions - Going on vacation for a couple weeks? No problem. It will be possible from your custom profile available on our new website.

  • Customize and Upgrade - You can easily manage your coffee options and you can even upgrade to 1 lb coffee bags if you would like!

  • Automated Referral Program - Want to share the love and get money back? Share our offering using a provided link and get $20 off your purchase while giving $10 to a friend to try.

  • New Products - Cascara is now available for purchase from our friends at Hacienda La Sonora down in Costa Rica.
