Blue House Coffee Roasters is a Phoenix-based specialty coffee company known for fresh roasted coffee, cold brew on tap, and a strong presence at local farmers’ markets and events.
From early morning market setups to high-energy event service, our team brings great coffee to great places with great people.
We are looking for motivated, reliable team members who want to be part of that experience.
Position: Farmers Market and Event Team Member
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, customer interaction, and being part of a team that values quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
Set up and break down farmers market booths and event stations
Assist with serving coffee and cold brew
Engage with customers and provide a welcoming experience
Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
Support team operations during busy market hours
What We Are Looking For
We are hiring individuals who are:
Friendly and customer-focused
Reliable and able to work early mornings
Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
Interested in specialty coffee and learning more about the industry
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Barista experience is appreciated, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.

Old Town Scottsdale Farmers Market
Markets take place every Saturday, with additional opportunities for events throughout the week. Event times vary depending on bookings.
